Infection Control Consultant Siew Stielow

Project:

The training program for infection control nurse (ICN) in Kurume university graduate school of medicine was accepted for the grant by Ministry of education, culture, sports, science and technology, Japan, 2009. Siew Stielow who have worked in SARS infection control team, WHO as short term consultancy in China, 2003 was invited and the memorial exhibition was held in ACROS Fukuoka on Dec. 15, 2009. She also inspected Kurume university hospital and had a lecture on Dec. 16, 2009.
In the near future, we intend to train ICN who also potentially work even in foreign countries and continue to collaborate with ICNs in Australia each other.
In 2011, we visited some hospital and laboratory in Melbourne.
